Application Priority in Settings

When multiple applications for phone number check are installed on an iPhone, iOS uses the one at the top of the list. To give NumBuster priority, ensure that NumBuster items in the Call Blocking & Identification section are placed above other applications.

1. Find and go to section Settings on the device and tap the Apps section
2. Find and open the menu section Phone
3. Find and go to section Call Blocking & Identification
4. Make sure the toggle next to NumBuster is in the active position
5. Tap Edit in the upper right corner
6. Drag NumBuster items to the top and confirm

iOS Limitations

The iOS operating system prevents applications from accessing online databases during an incoming call. When you install or update NumBuster, it creates a built-in library of dangerous phone numbers used by scammers and spammers.

• Identification will work only if the incoming phone number is already in the downloaded list.
• Identification will not work if the phone number is not on the list. Important! We do not include phone numbers of legal entities (banks, delivery services, etc.) in this list.
