Application Returns an Error or Displays No Connection

Temporary glitches or internet connectivity issues may cause errors. First, ensure the device has a stable internet connection by opening a website in a browser or testing another application. If the internet is working properly, restart the session to restore the application. This procedure is safe and will not affect your data.

What You Need to Do

Follow these steps on the device where the application is installed:

  1. Follow the special link—NumBuster will open.
  2. After following the link, close the application completely to remove it from memory.
    • Open the Recent Apps menu by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
    • Find the NumBuster window in the list and swipe up to close it.
    • Important! Do not simply minimize the application; it must be closed specifically.
  3. Launch NumBuster as usual by tapping its icon on the home screen.
