How to Transfer a Subscription or Purchase to Another Phone Number

When changing your phone number, you can keep your paid features and NumCy balance. The transfer process varies depending on the store or service used for the original payment. Please note that a single subscription cannot be used on multiple accounts simultaneously.

  1. In NumBuster, find and open the menu section Settings
  2. Tap Log Out
  1. Log in through the authorization form using your new phone number

Important! If you authorize via a messenger, your new phone number must already be active in that app.

To transfer NumCy and paid features, contact support with your old and new phone numbers, as well as your exact coin balance.

Transfer Details by Purchase Method

App Store: All App Store purchases are linked to your Apple ID. This Apple ID must be set as the primary account in the settings of the device where the application is installed. Select the primary phone number for the subscription and provide it to technical support.

WEB-cabinet: Features cannot be transferred while an automatic subscription is active. You must first disable renewal for the previous phone number:

  1. Tap Paid Features (wallet icon).
  1. In the Additional Features section, tap Cancel Subscription for the active service.
  2. Notify support that the subscription has been canceled to proceed with the transfer to your new phone number.
  3. Once the paid period expires, log in to the website with your new phone number and set up a new subscription.
