Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of NumBuster websites, mobile applications, Number Pages, related products, features and services (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d) operated by GOODLINE SOFTWARES W.L.L., Commercial Registration No. 175788-1, Office 33, Building 114, Road 383, Block 316, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain (\u201cNumBuster\u201d, \u201cCompany\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">1.2 IMPORTANT TERRITORIAL NOTICE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the NumBuster.com service and NumBuster mobile applications are not intended for residents of the European Union, the Kingdom of Bahrain, or the United Arab Emirates. Our marketing activities are not directed at the European Union, the Kingdom of Bahrain, or the United Arab Emirates. Residents of the European Union, the Kingdom of Bahrain, or the United Arab Emirates use the service at their own risk and responsibility. Proceeding with registrations in our services or using our mobile apps (NumBuster app for Android, NumBuster app for iOS) or website &#8211; users declare that they are not residents of the above countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">2. Acceptance of the Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the Services provide a registration or acceptance checkbox, it may state: \u201cI have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.\u201d By selecting it and completing registration or otherwise proceeding where acceptance is required, you enter into an agreement with NumBuster on the basis of these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The Terms and Privacy Policy form a single contractual and informational framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services are intended for persons 18 years of age or older. You must have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, by using the Services, represent that you are at least 18 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may amend these Terms or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be made available through the Services or applicable website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law; where mandatory law requires additional notice or consent, the legally required mechanism applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">3. Definitions and Service Structure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUser\u201d means a registered NumBuster user. \u201cUser Profile\u201d means the account\/profile layer created for a registered User. \u201cNumber Page\u201d means a telephone-number-associated page or record through which Community Information may be organised or displayed. A Number Page may exist without the person using or associated with the telephone number being a registered User. \u201cCommunity Information\u201d means information independently contributed or generated through registered Users concerning telephone numbers, including probable names\/titles, reviews, Community Tags, active blocking information and similar signals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A telephone number, Number Page and User Profile are not interchangeable concepts. A telephone number may be shared, reassigned, used by an organisation or used by a person different from the contractual subscriber. NumBuster does not represent that a Number Page establishes the verified civil identity, subscriber identity or permanent\/exclusive user of a number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">4. The Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on version, location and technical\/legal circumstances, the Services may include telephone-number search and Number Pages; probable names\/titles; Community Tags; active blocking information and aggregate counters; reviews; caller identification and call\/SMS-related functionality; account management; subscriptions\/payments; notifications; and other telephone-safety features. Availability may vary by country, operating system, application version, device, telecommunications provider, platform capability or legal circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">5. Account and Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain Services require registration. You agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current where required, protect your credentials\/device access, and remain responsible for activity through your account except where you are not legally responsible. NumBuster may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect Users or the Services, prevent fraud\/abuse, comply with law or address security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">6. Information Concerning Other Persons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services may allow Users to provide, submit or generate information relating to other persons or telephone numbers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, authorisations and lawful grounds necessary to provide such information and must not submit it where doing so violates applicable law or another person&#8217;s rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You represent and warrant that information you provide concerning another person may lawfully be provided to and processed by NumBuster for the relevant Service purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify NumBuster for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or unauthorised submission. These User obligations do not exclude or limit any responsibility of NumBuster that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">7. Community Information and Community Tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Information reflects independent actions and observations of registered Users and may not have been provided by the person associated with the telephone number. NumBuster does not guarantee that Community Information is accurate, complete or current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Tags operate through controlled eligibility stages. A tag being selectable or technically recorded does not mean it will be publicly displayed, and public display does not automatically make a tag eligible to affect Trust Rating. Materially negative and professional\/person-looking tags may require corroboration by at least two independent active Users before public display, subject to stricter moderation rules. Sensitive, suppressed, deprecated or removed classifications are not ordinary public Community Tags and have zero Trust Rating effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ordinary interface does not disclose which User contributed a particular Community Tag. While a contribution is active, NumBuster may technically associate it with the contributing User so that it can be changed, withdrawn, moderated or removed. Applicable contributions are removed when the contributing User deletes the relevant User Profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">8. Reviews, Blocking and Community Lifecycle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reviews are subject to Community rules and moderation. You must not use reviews, tags or other Community mechanisms for harassment, unlawful accusations, degrading statements, unnecessary sensitive\/minor information, false identity\/profession claims or other unlawful content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where active blocking counters are supported, blocking may increase and unblocking may decrease the aggregate counter. A User&#8217;s active block may be technically associated with that User for lifecycle purposes. Deletion of the contributing User Profile removes the applicable block and recalculates the aggregate. A remaining counter may reflect independent active blocking choices of other Users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">9. Trust Rating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust Rating is a Community-derived telephone-communication safety indicator calculated by predefined automated mathematics from eligible communication-safety signals. It is not a machine-learning model and is not intended as a statement of a person&#8217;s character, honesty, creditworthiness, employment suitability, legal status, health, criminal status or general reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment\/subscription status, avatar\/Profile completion, registration status, gamification, pending or rejected complaints, privacy-rights requests, generic Support interactions, sensitive\/suppressed tags and other excluded factors do not adversely affect Trust Rating. NumBuster does not use Trust Rating to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the applicable verified deletion state applies, Trust Rating is removed, is not displayed\/calculated and is not reconstructed from any Community Information that may lawfully remain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">10. Deletion, Number Pages and Independent Community Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Users and, where applicable, non-users may use available deletion\/privacy mechanisms concerning a User Profile, Number Page or information associated with a telephone number. A non-user is not required to register or install the mobile application solely to use the supported web deletion\/privacy route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The precise deletion scope may be shown before confirmation and may include account\/Profile information, applicable titles, reviews\/contributions, block list\/actions, images, security tokens, Trust Rating and other information covered by the function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deletion does not automatically require destruction of every independent active contribution of other Users associated with the same telephone number. Any continued processing or display must remain permitted by applicable law and is assessed according to the category of information, purpose, lawful basis, necessity, proportionality, currentness, moderation safeguards and applicable correction\/objection rights. Probable names\/titles, reviews, materially negative\/professional tags and active blocking information may require different assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">11. Pending Deletion and Recovery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Following a deletion request, affected data may be removed from public access and ordinary Service functionality and placed in a restricted pending-deletion state. Unless a shorter period is required by applicable law, such data may be retained for up to 90 days solely for limited purposes including accidental-deletion recovery, verification\/completion of the request, security\/abuse prevention, dispute or claim handling and technical integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pending-deletion data are not intended for public display or ordinary Service use. After the applicable period, data subject to deletion are permanently deleted from active production systems unless continued retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Recovery is not guaranteed. This restricted technical retention is separate from independent Community Information that may have its own lawful basis and lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">12. Acceptable Use and Moderation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must not use the Services unlawfully; violate another person&#8217;s rights; submit knowingly false or fraudulent information; impersonate another person; publish unlawful accusations or unnecessary sensitive\/minor\/family information; misrepresent identity or profession; harass or threaten; abuse reporting, blocking, rating or Community mechanisms; scrape\/automate access without permission; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; circumvent technical\/security restrictions; distribute malware; or interfere with operation\/security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster may review reports, suppress\/remove content, restrict contribution functionality or accounts, and take technical\/security measures against abuse. Confirmation thresholds never override sensitivity, minor-protection, legal or moderation restrictions. NumBuster does not guarantee that every complaint results in removal; applicable privacy rights are assessed separately from ordinary Community moderation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">13. Accuracy and Reliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading and is not authoritative subscriber identity. Users should independently verify information where reliance may have significant consequences. NumBuster is not an emergency, medical, law-enforcement, security or other professional service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">14. Subscriptions and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain Services may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Prices, periods and conditions are presented before purchase. Web payments may be processed through providers or agents engaged by NumBuster. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable after the applicable Service period has begun. Future prices may change subject to applicable law and notice where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">15. Intellectual Property and User Contributions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All intellectual property rights in the Services and Company materials belong to NumBuster or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You receive only the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You retain rights you may have in User Contributions. By submitting them, you grant NumBuster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display and use them as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, protect and provide the Services. The licence survives only to the extent necessary for lawful legal\/security\/dispute purposes and independent Community Information lawfully retained. Nothing authorises processing of Personal Data in violation of applicable data-protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">16. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services may depend on third-party infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment, hosting, CDN and other providers. Third-party services may have their own terms\/privacy practices. NumBuster is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third-party providers to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">17. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d. NumBuster does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy, correct identification of every telephone number, continued availability of particular Community Information, recoverability of deleted data or suitability for a particular purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NumBuster and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, reputation, data or anticipated savings. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid to NumBuster during the preceding 12 months or BHD 100. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NumBuster and its personnel\/providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable expenses arising from breach of these Terms, unlawful use, User Contributions, violation of another person&#8217;s rights, unlawful submission of third-party information or violation of applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">18. Communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster does not use SMS or telephone\/voice calls for marketing, advertising or general informational communications. Such communications may be used only where necessary for registration, telephone-number\/account verification, authentication, access\/security procedures, or initiating\/confirming\/completing deletion. Push notifications may be used for Service communications and, where permitted by applicable law, promotional communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">19. Changes to the Services; Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster may modify, suspend, discontinue or replace a Service or feature. NumBuster is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications\/internet\/cloud failures, electricity, natural disasters, war, governmental action, labour disputes or cyber incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">20. Governing Law and Mandatory Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and the contractual relationship with NumBuster are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. NumBuster is a Bahrain company and the Services are operated from that legal and organisational framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer, data subject or other protected person of mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded where another mandatory law applies to a particular matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">21. Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before commencing formal proceedings, you should, where legally permitted, first contact NumBuster at <a href=\"mailto:support@numbuster.com\">support@numbuster.com<\/a>. We may request reasonable information necessary to understand and investigate the claim. Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to allow NumBuster 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter before commencing court proceedings. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this TOS, shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) in accordance with the BCDR Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration is commenced, which rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. Seat of arbitration: Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Language of arbitration: English. Number of arbitrators: one (1), unless otherwise determined by the BCDR having regard to the complexity and amount in dispute. Governing law: the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The award shall be final and binding upon the parties and shall not be subject to appeal, except as expressly provided by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">22. General and Contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign rights\/obligations without prior written consent; NumBuster may transfer them in connection with corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition or asset sale. Bahrain Legal Framework and International Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster is a product and service of a company established in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This Privacy Policy is primarily structured under the data-protection laws of Bahrain, including Bahrain Law No. 30 of 2018 with respect to Personal Data Protection, as applicable to NumBuster&#8217;s processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where another mandatory data-protection regime lawfully applies to a particular processing activity or person, NumBuster will respect the applicable mandatory requirements. References to rights or safeguards available under applicable law do not mean that every foreign data-protection law applies to every User, Number Page or processing activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">3. Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPersonal Data\u201d means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual as determined under applicable law. \u201cUser\u201d means a registered NumBuster user. \u201cUser Profile\u201d means the account\/profile layer created for a registered User. \u201cNumber Page\u201d means a telephone-number-associated page or record through which Community Information may be organised or displayed; it may exist even if the person using or associated with the number is not a registered User. \u201cCommunity Information\u201d means information independently contributed or generated through registered Users concerning telephone numbers, including probable names\/titles, reviews, Community Tags, active blocking information and similar Community signals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A telephone number, Number Page and User Profile are not interchangeable. A telephone number may be shared, reassigned, used by an organisation or used by a person different from the contractual subscriber. Association with a telephone number does not, by itself, mean that NumBuster has verified the civil identity, subscriber identity or permanent\/exclusive user of that number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">4. Categories of Information We May Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the Service, NumBuster may process account\/authentication information; telephone-number references; probable names\/titles; Community Tags; reviews; active blocking actions and aggregate counters; call\/SMS-related records or analytics where applicable; images; User Contributions; device\/application identifiers; push tokens; crash\/diagnostic\/usage events; technical logs; security information; subscription\/payment identifiers; and privacy\/support\/request records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">5. Sources of Telephone-Number and Community Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Telephone-number information used by NumBuster is obtained through activities of registered NumBuster Users rather than from a purchased subscriber directory. Users may provide or generate information through permitted Contacts functionality, manual search\/use, Community Tags and reviews, active blocking actions, and eligible post-call or comparable Community telephone-safety evaluations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fact that information appears on a Number Page does not mean it was provided by the holder\/user of that telephone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">6. Probable Names and Titles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Names or titles associated with telephone numbers through permitted Contacts functionality are Community-derived variants. NumBuster does not represent them as verified civil identity, official telecommunications-subscriber identity or proof of the current exclusive user of a number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such probable names\/titles may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or relate to a business\/service rather than a particular person. They are therefore subject to minimisation, correction, deletion, moderation and applicable objection safeguards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">7. Community Information and Community Tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Registered Users may independently contribute Community Information associated with telephone numbers. The ordinary Service interface does not disclose the identity of the User who contributed a particular Community Tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Tags use controlled eligibility stages. A tag being selectable or technically recorded does not mean it will be publicly displayed, and a displayed tag does not automatically affect Trust Rating. Materially negative and professional\/person-looking tags may require at least two independent active User confirmations before public display, subject to stricter safeguards. Sensitive, minor-related, suppressed, deprecated and removed classifications are not ordinary public Community Tags and have zero Trust Rating effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While a contribution remains active, NumBuster may technically associate it with the contributing User so it can be changed, withdrawn, moderated or removed. Deletion of the contributing User Profile removes applicable active contributions and affected aggregates are recalculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">8. Active Blocking Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where supported, an aggregate blocking counter reflects active Users currently blocking a telephone number. Blocking may increase and unblocking may decrease the counter. A blocking action may be technically associated with the blocking User for that User&#8217;s own block-list lifecycle. When that User deletes the applicable User Profile, the User&#8217;s own block is removed and the aggregate is recalculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A remaining counter may reflect independent current safety choices of other Users and is not a retained copy of the deleted person&#8217;s own block list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">9. Trust Rating<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust Rating is a Community-derived telephone-communication safety indicator calculated by predefined automated mathematics from eligible communication-safety signals. It is not generated by machine learning and is not intended to assess a person&#8217;s character, honesty, creditworthiness, employment suitability, legal status, health, criminal status or general reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment\/subscription status, avatar\/Profile completion, registration status, gamification, pending\/rejected complaints, privacy-right exercise, generic Support interactions, sensitive\/minor\/suppressed Community Tags and other excluded factors have zero adverse rating effect. NumBuster does not use Trust Rating to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where the applicable verified deletion state applies, Trust Rating is removed, is not displayed\/calculated and is not reconstructed from Community Information that may lawfully remain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">10. Purposes of Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Purposes may include providing\/operating the Services; registration\/authentication; telephone-number identification\/context and caller safety; reducing spam, fraud and abusive communications; presenting current independent Community experience; enabling contribution lifecycle; active blocking; subscriptions\/payments; support; security and abuse prevention; diagnostics\/performance; push notifications; registration\/authentication\/deletion communications; legal compliance; lawful authority requests; legal claims; protecting Users\/third parties\/NumBuster; and maintaining integrity and usefulness of Community functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">11. Legal Bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the processing and applicable law, NumBuster may rely on performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps; legitimate interests where necessary and not overridden by applicable rights and freedoms; legal obligations; and consent where applicable law requires it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Legitimate interests may include communication-recipient safety; reducing spam, fraud and abusive communications; rights and safety interests of contributing and receiving Users; security; integrity and continuity of useful Community information; fraud\/abuse prevention; legal claims; and operation\/improvement of the Services. The appropriate basis and balancing are assessed by processing category rather than assuming that all information associated with a telephone number has the same legal status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">12. Acceptance and Consent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Where registration requires acceptance, the mechanism may state: \u201cI have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.\u201d Selecting it acknowledges this Policy and the contractual framework. The legal basis for each processing activity is determined by Section 11 and applicable law. Where applicable law requires a specific form of consent for a particular processing activity, NumBuster will use the legally required mechanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">13. Information Concerning Other Persons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A User who provides information concerning another person is responsible for ensuring that the User has the necessary rights, permissions, authorisations and lawful grounds. Users must not submit information where doing so violates applicable law or another person&#8217;s rights. These User obligations do not exclude or limit any controller responsibility of NumBuster that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">14. Disclosure, Service Providers and Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster may disclose Personal Data where reasonably necessary to provide the Services; use infrastructure\/service providers; process payments; authenticate Users; provide analytics\/diagnostics; maintain security; deliver push notifications; comply with law; respond to competent authorities; establish\/exercise\/defend legal claims; or protect rights, property and safety. The ordinary interface does not disclose the contributor identity behind a particular Community Tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infrastructure\/providers may include Amazon Web Services (primary hosting\/infrastructure); ClickHouse Cloud \/ ClickHouse Inc. (managed database\/analytics infrastructure); CDNetworks; Google Firebase; Google Sign-In; Apple Sign-In; and payment providers\/agents. GILRAEN LIMITED, registered in Cyprus, currently accepts certain web payments on behalf of the Company. NumBuster does not need to receive\/store full payment-card details for the applicable payment functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">15. International Transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because infrastructure and providers may be located in different countries, Personal Data may be transferred outside Bahrain. NumBuster uses applicable legal mechanisms required by Bahrain law, including applicable adequacy mechanisms, contractual safeguards or regulatory authorisation where required. Where another mandatory transfer regime applies to a particular processing activity, NumBuster will comply with its applicable requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">16. Security<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster maintains technical and organisational measures intended to protect Personal Data, including appropriate access controls, authentication\/authorisation, encryption, infrastructure\/network security, monitoring\/logging, vulnerability management, backup\/recovery and restricted administrative access. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">17. Retention and Restricted Pending Deletion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal Data are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, operation\/security and as permitted or required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following an applicable deletion request, affected data may be removed from public access and ordinary Service functionality and placed into a restricted pending-deletion state. Unless a shorter period is required by applicable law, such data may be retained for up to 90 days solely for limited purposes including accidental-deletion recovery, verification\/completion of the request, security\/abuse prevention, dispute\/claim handling and technical integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pending-deletion data are not intended to be publicly displayed or used for ordinary Service functionality. After the period, data subject to deletion are permanently deleted from active production systems unless continued retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Where applicable law requires earlier erasure, restriction or cessation, that requirement prevails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This restricted technical pending-deletion retention is separate from independent Community Information, which may have a separate lawful basis and lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">18. Deletion Scope and Community Information After Deletion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicable deletion function may remove account information, User Profile, applicable titles, the User&#8217;s own reviews\/contributions, applicable reviews on the managed Number Page where covered, Community Tags added by the User elsewhere, notes, block list\/actions, images, product\/service card data, security tokens, Trust Rating and other information expressly covered by the function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deletion does not automatically mean that every independent active action of other Users associated with the same telephone number disappears. Any continued processing\/display of Community Information must remain permitted by applicable law and is assessed according to its category, purpose, lawful basis, necessity, proportionality, currentness, moderation safeguards and applicable correction\/objection rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Active aggregate blocking information generally represents independent current actions of other Users. Materially negative\/professional tags and other identity-like or higher-impact information may require a more individual assessment. NumBuster does not categorically treat all information remaining after deletion as non-personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services may retain\/display limited information concerning the fact and date of deletion where reasonably necessary for transparency, Service integrity, security, avoiding confusion, or legal\/regulatory purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">19. Automated Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster uses automated technical systems for search, caller identification, analytics, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics and Trust Rating. Trust Rating uses predefined mathematics as described above. NumBuster does not use Trust Rating to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. Where applicable law provides additional rights concerning automated decision-making, NumBuster will comply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">20. Rights Under Bahrain Law and Other Applicable Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to Bahrain Law No. 30 of 2018 and applicable limitations, individuals may have rights concerning their Personal Data, including access\/information rights, correction of inaccurate\/incomplete\/outdated data, blocking or erasure where statutory conditions are met, objection to certain processing, and rights relating to qualifying automated processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where another mandatory data-protection regime applies, additional rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and other rights provided by that law. Rights are assessed according to the processing concerned and applicable legal conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privacy requests, objections and complaints do not adversely affect Trust Rating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">21. Requests by Registered Users and Non-Users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A person does not need to be a registered User to raise a privacy request concerning a Number Page or information associated with their telephone number. Supported website privacy\/deletion mechanisms can be used without installing the mobile application or creating an account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verification is proportionate to the requested action and risk. For telephone-number requests, NumBuster may verify control\/access through supported verification methods. Government identity documents are not routinely required where a lower-data verification method is sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests may concern access\/information, correction, deletion\/erasure, objection, restriction\/blocking where applicable, automated-processing rights, or Community Information. Contact <a href=\"mailto:support@numbuster.com\">support@numbuster.com<\/a> and identify the relevant number\/information and requested outcome to the extent reasonably possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">22. Objections, Correction and Community Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A privacy objection is assessed separately from ordinary Community moderation. NumBuster does not apply a rule that Community Information can never be removed merely because it was contributed by another User.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where continued processing relies on legitimate interests and an applicable objection right is exercised, NumBuster assesses the particular category, purpose, necessity, impact, safeguards, rights\/interests of other Users and the applicable statutory test. Different outcomes may be appropriate for probable names\/titles, reviews, Community Tags and active blocking counters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demonstrably inaccurate identity-like information may be corrected, removed or suppressed where required. Subjective Community experience is distinguished from authoritative identity information, but remains subject to applicable moderation and privacy rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">23. Accuracy and Minimisation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Community Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading. Accuracy\/currentness safeguards include active-contribution lifecycle, contributor withdrawal\/deletion, aggregate recalculation, corroboration thresholds, moderation and privacy request mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minimisation safeguards include suppression\/removal of sensitive and minor-related classifications; removal of unnecessary legacy classifications; zero Trust Rating effect for Profile completion, registration, complaints\/privacy-right exercise from Trust Rating; and avoidance of routine collection of exact date of birth or government identity documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">24. Children and Age Assurance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Services are intended for persons aged 18 or older. NumBuster does not knowingly provide ordinary adult Services to persons under 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster uses layered age\/minor safeguards rather than universal identity-based age verification. These may include marketplace age restrictions, platform\/account controls and supported Google Play or Apple AppStore age-range\/permission mechanisms where available. Availability may depend on jurisdiction, account\/family context, operating-system\/platform version and programme rollout. Absence of a platform age signal is not treated as affirmative proof of adulthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where a supported minor\/supervised signal is received, the ordinary adult authorisation\/consent flow may be prevented. Content concerning a possible minor is subject to heightened moderation\/protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">25. Communications, Cookies and Marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster does not use SMS or telephone\/voice calls for marketing, advertising or general informational communications. Such communications may be used only for registration, telephone-number\/account verification, authentication, access\/security procedures and initiating\/confirming\/completing deletion. Push notifications may be used for Service communications and, where permitted by applicable law, promotional communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster website\/applications may use cookies, SDKs, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, sessions, functionality, analytics, performance, diagnostics and preferences. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular technology\/purpose, the required mechanism will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">26. Legal\/Regulatory Disclosures and Business Transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NumBuster may process\/disclose Personal Data where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders or lawful requests from competent governmental\/regulatory authorities; protect Users; protect NumBuster&#8217;s rights\/property; prevent fraud\/abuse; investigate security incidents; or establish\/exercise\/defend legal claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset sale or similar transaction, Personal Data may be transferred where permitted by applicable law and remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">27. Changes to this Privacy Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will be made available through the NumBuster mobile applications and\/or website.
